Custom & printed goods
Most BMX apparel is printed to order in small runs. Because items are made for you, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns once printing has started.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Contact us within 14 days and we will repair, replace or refund it.
How to request a return
Email support@spoonworks.co.nz with your order reference (SW-…) and a photo of the issue. We will reply within one business day with next steps.
Security installations & deposits
Quotes for security work are valid for 30 days. Deposits for scheduled installations are refundable up to 48 hours before the booked date, less any custom hardware already ordered.
Timeframes
Approved refunds are returned to your bank account within 5–10 business days of agreement.
