Orders & payment
BMX orders are placed as a request and confirmed by bank transfer using the reference we email you. Your order is reserved once payment is received.
Pricing
Prices are in NZD and include GST where applicable. We may update pricing at any time, but confirmed orders are honoured at the agreed price.
Quotes & installations
Security quotes are custom to your site and valid for 30 days. Installation dates are scheduled once a quote and any deposit are confirmed.
Liability
We stand behind our workmanship and the products we fit. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to repairing, replacing or refunding the goods or service supplied.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.
